With her background in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Engineering, Hind aspires to help businesses operate efficiently while respecting ecological boundaries by analysing resource recovery, circular economy frameworks, and environmental impacts to guide sustainable decision-making in the long run.
Hind's core focus lies in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) modelling, circular economy principles, and resource valorisation. In her previous role as a Corporate Sustainability Officer at Haggar Group, she managed carbon footprinting, ESG frameworks, and corporate sustainability reporting across diversified industrial units spanning manufacturing, ICT, and energy in Africa and the Middle East. She focuses on identifying environmental hotspots across value chains and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to align technical environmental data with corporate operational realities.
Driven by an intellectual curiosity and cross-cultural agility, Hind is an active contributor to professional discourse surrounding circularity and eco-design. Shaped by an international academic path across three countries, she enjoys engaging in collaborative problem-solving, strategic knowledge sharing, and discussions aimed at solving environmental and climate challenges alongside multidisciplinary global teams.
Beyond her professional work, Hind volunteers to help Sudanese students access educational opportunities abroad and supports organisations in adopting responsible business practices. In her free time, she enjoys walking in nature, reading historical fiction and personal growth books, and baking cakes.
