Elizabeth is a highly experienced Chartered Civil Engineer and project director with close to two decades of experience within the field. 

 

Not just a qualification, but a vocation - professionally qualified Civil Engineers can evidence to Clients that the highest professional standards are being maintained, guaranteeing technical competence and ethical integrity.  

 

Civil Engineering is the discipline that transforms ideas into physical infrastructure, balancing technical performance, environmental responsibility, and societal needs over the whole lifecycle of a project.

 

Elizabeth's specialisms include a strong focus on sustainable development and project managing infrastructure delivery for Strategic Land from acquisition to operational completion.  She is also a Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor for a number of business that are directly contributing to social value and environmental resilience initiatives; advising on matters ranging from ESG strategies to Net Zero transformation, emerging markets and business strategy.

 

Elizabeth is passionate about sharing knowledge and is an engaging speaker.  She loves to engage in lively discourse at speaking events and conferences, showcase the Civil Engineering profession with the media, and deliver "Beyond Net Zero"  Continuing Professional Development for businesses and academic institutions alike. 

 

Alongside being the Founding Director at Endelevu Ltd.,  Elizabeth also volunteers as Chair for the ICE East of England Regional Executive Board & Committee, is a mentor for Sudanese refugees and Nigerian students

Hind is a sustainability professional and engineer with five years of experience spanning environmental research and corporate sustainability across the materials, manufacturing, ICT, and energy sectors.

 

With her background in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Engineering, Hind aspires to help businesses operate efficiently while respecting ecological boundaries by analysing resource recovery, circular economy frameworks, and environmental impacts to guide sustainable decision-making in the long run.

 

Hind's core focus lies in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) modelling, circular economy principles, and resource valorisation. In her previous role as a Corporate Sustainability Officer at Haggar Group, she managed carbon footprinting, ESG frameworks, and corporate sustainability reporting across diversified industrial units spanning manufacturing, ICT, and energy in Africa and the Middle East. She focuses on identifying environmental hotspots across value chains and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to align technical environmental data with corporate operational realities.

 

Driven by an intellectual curiosity and cross-cultural agility, Hind is an active contributor to professional discourse surrounding circularity and eco-design. Shaped by an international academic path across three countries, she enjoys engaging in collaborative problem-solving, strategic knowledge sharing, and discussions aimed at solving environmental and climate challenges alongside multidisciplinary global teams.

 

Beyond her professional work, Hind volunteers to help Sudanese students access educational opportunities abroad and supports organisations in adopting responsible business practices. In her free time, she enjoys walking in nature, reading historical fiction and personal growth books, and baking cakes.

Holly works as Executive Assistant to Elizabeth performing a wide range of administrative tasks at Endelevu Ltd. 

 

Holly's prior experience relates to the field of languages with Holly being fluent in Spanish & French.
